Privacy Policy for Nodland

Effective date: October 28, 2026

LUCIDOSE LABS LLC ("we", "us") built Nodland as a bedtime-story app for children. This policy explains what Nodland does — and does not do — with information.

The short version

Nodland collects nothing, shares nothing, and sends nothing anywhere. The app works fully offline, has no account, no ads, and no analytics. There is nothing to opt out of, because there is nothing collected.

What we collect

Nothing. Nodland does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, including:

What stays on your device

Everything you put into Nodland stays on your device and nowhere else:

Nodland has no internet permission, so the app cannot transmit anything even if it wanted to.

Narration

Stories are read aloud using your device's built-in speech engine. Story text is processed on the device and is not sent to any server.

Purchases

The $4.99 one-time unlock is handled entirely by Google Play's checkout. Nodland itself never sees, collects, or stores any payment information.

Children

Nodland is made for children at bedtime, and it is built so that no information about any child ever leaves the device. Because nothing is collected, there is nothing for a parent to review or delete from our side. Anything stored on the device (names, recordings, settings) can be removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.

Third parties

Nodland contains no ads, no analytics software, and no third-party software that collects information. Nothing is shared with any third party, for any purpose.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated policy will be posted here with a new effective date. Because the app works offline, you may wish to check this page from time to time.
